Notes

After walking warmup. Run 11 minutes, walk 1 minute. My left front hip was hurting pretty good today, but it seemed to loosen up rather quickly once I started running. This run really felt pretty good overall. I was very sluggish, sore, and lethargic after the run and didn't really feel like doing anything else all evening.
