Pace = 9:00 to 9:30
Ran 26 minutes at 8:27 pace followed by a jogging cool down. Ran at 1% incline tonight. Did not really notice the incline. I did feel kind of tired tonight, but it is Thursday and the 3rd night in a row so this is not all that surprising. My right foot has been a little sore while sitting at work, but once I get up and active it seems to get better.
