Notes
It was really dark on this run. I ran a little slower due to the conditions. I was disappointed that my pace by myself was not what it has been with Adam and Jeremy. I guess that running with others really does push you. It was unseasonably warm today and I overdressed with 2 long sleeve shirts on and my headband and gloves.
