Notes
Good run tonight. The pace was slower than has been typical outside lately, but that is probably okay. I was still under the goal pace for my marathon that would get me under 4 hours. It got pretty dark by the end of the run, but it was fine. Had water at 2 and 4.25 miles, with walking for the water, then had running water at about 6.5 miles. It is definitely easier to drink while walking than it is while running.
