Notes
After walking warmup. Run 14 minutes, walk 1 minute. This run went fine, even though I had a slight cold the last couple of days. It was cold and windy out today, and the wind made it tough at times. This was the coldest run yet. I felt good about the time and I didn't feel overly tired, but I am still having mental doubts about how good my marathon will go. I need to just trust in the training I have put in and it will be what it will be at this point.
