Bike leg of Persona Desert Half Iron. Very challenging course with over 4,000 feet of climbing - part of Ironman Canada course - over Richter Pass and Seven Bitches TWICE - coming and going! Flatted at 18 miles and had to change my rear tire. I either used a spare with a slow leak or got another flat later but leak was slow enough that I didn't stop - thank goodness, because all I could have done at that point was add more air . . . Overall, very pleased with my ride. Fastest ride in age group, 19th overall on bike.
