Masters Swim

Notes

Good workout. Kicking to start. Then did workout involving swims starting at 30 seconds building to 2:30 in 5 second increases. Swam as far as could in each interval. Interval time included rest. Worked on balance at end. My speed has increased since coming back to masters, but probably need to get in a few long steady swims - may start tomorrow at noon at Witter Pool.
