Started back on Medifast on 12/1/13, so have been low carb for 3 days, could definitely feel the lack of energy from the lowish carb diet.

Had initially planned to do 1 mile warm up, then 800m/3 min x 4, but felt that my body couldn't handle the harder workout right now. Will listen to my body.
