Warm up 4 mins (0.21mi)
Jog 31:48 (2.25mi)
Cool down 35:36 (2.50mi)
Felt all aches and pains.
Initially left knee and right foot were noticiable, then everything calmed down. Legs felt tired after 1 mi jogging when increased speed to 4.7m/h, slowed down and felt much better. Could have gone much longer/further, but decided to be conservative coming back
