Notes

1 circuit only this week and next:

5 min warm up - 1 min each of run, grapevine, side shuffle, high knees, butt kicks

2 min jump jack

1 min squat

2 min jump rope

1 min slippery mountain climbers

2 min jog

1 min push ups (knees)

5 min cool down (stretch)

1st day, did it with Kevin!!!!
