Splashed in lots of puddles. Ran to Kei's, ran 6mi with her - to Polo Club and back, then ran loop, up Hays to Richmond Rd, back home via Chilesburg/Still Meadows.
Last 1.6mi faster - 9:55, 10:21, 10:38 1/2 mile pace splits!
Felt good afterwards.
Before - english muffin w peanut butter and golden syrup, 1/2 cup coffee
During - 1 x 10oz bottle sports drink, 5 oz water
After - protein and fruit smoothie (vega)
