30 minute hard. Would have prefered to do this outside, but with temps below 10F this morning.....
Felt good. Kept a good, even 5.5mph during the first mile, 2nd and 3rd miles I alternated between hard pushes with some recovery time, but still jogging. Managed minute 28 at 6.1mph and minute 29 at 6.2mph. Hoping we have these challenges monthly so I can see my improvement.
Of note, I had the GI bug yesterday, with vomiting and diarrhea, and although I tried, my fluid intake wasn't great today. So I was depleted when running this. But I still feel this is a huge improvement over my recent running.
