93% humidity, drizzle at end
Legs felt heavy from last 2 days runs, supposed to do 5mi, decided to stop at 4. Also cut out HS at end; right hip flexor is still a little tight, and feels worse on uphills, decided it would be smarter to hold off.
Loosened up as run went on, but still kind of heavy feeling.
100 crunches, 15 knee push ups
