Tried to do intervals -
5 min brisk
3 min jog
10 min brisk
3 min jog
5 min brisk
3 min jog
Did 6 min warm up, then got up to 3 min in 2nd brisk segment, before having to slow down. Just wasn't feeling it. Ran later in the day, also sore from bootcamp yesterday. Will try this workout again next week.
