Coldest temps I remember ever seeing! -4 w feel like temps in the -20s! Don't want to slip on any ice, so decided it was time for a date with the treadmill.
No lingering soreness from the race 3 days ago.
Ran in 3 min increments from 5.0-5.5, up then down, finished at 5.2mph. Decent run.
