Supposed to be 4 x 800 w 400 rec at RP (9:39)

Did 3 x 800 @ 6.2MPH w 400 rec and 1 x 400 @ 6.2

1 mi warm up, 0.5mi cool down

Left glute bothered me in last interval, which is why I cut down to 400 instead of 800.

Challenging, but felt good

Took yesterday off due to illness (chesty, bad cough)
