1st 2 intervals went great, but had to stop twice during 3rd set - breathing, not feeling great. Possibly could have pushed through but didn't. May need to try them at 5.8mph instead of 6mph next week, and if it goes well, do last rep at 6mph
So final workout was:
0.5 mi w/u
0.5 mi @6.0mph
0.25 mi @5.0 (3min)
0.5 mi @6.0
0.25 mi @5.0
0.5 mi @6.0
Cool down to 30 min total
Even with not completing planned workout, feel pretty good about it
Wore hr monitor. First time on TM. Will try to see if that makes a difference
