1 mile warm up and cool down, 2 miles hill repeats
Managed to run all the hills this time, but not very fast. Will try harder effort next week, although I did struggle up several times.
Last night - roast chicken, couscous, green beans, salad, tiramisu. Stopped eating around 8.
Felt very tough for the first 1/2-3/4 mile, breathing was difficult (?cold), but improved after that.
