End of Run the Streets program!
Ran with Brady - she didn't like the hills or the countryside :-( I thought it was gorgeous!!! Midway in the Fall is absolutely spectacular!
Fairly small number of runners for the 10K, more for the 5K.
Kept the pace fairly even for Brady, pushed her at the end. Came in 4th in our group, but both of us ended up with 1st in our AG!
Very easy run for me, didn't feel like I pushed at all, and could just keep going forever.
Bottom of right foot is still bothering me a little.
