Ran the whole way with Michele Ware. Felt really good, and didn't take our first real walk break until around mile 7 (on Old Frankfort Pike). Really struggled last 2 miles, mostly walked at that point, although did run the last 0.25miles.
Body very achy.
Definitely need to get back into more regular running (would have done so if my body had cooperated). Hopefully will be able to beat my course PR next year!
