Rehab Run:

5 min warm up and cool down

incr every 3 mins from 4.5-5; 5mi/h for 7 mins, then down by 0.1mi/h until walked for cool down

Felt OK, no foot pain, not feeling great when starting, but glad to do it.

Treadmill at hotel, not the best machine
