The second half was kinda a struggle going up hill... got a blister in my left great toe. These shoes are just not for me I guess... I got this 10 mile race this weekend, hope it heals by then.
Its just so frustrating that I can run like I used to. Seems like I lost a lot of speed and endurance at a rapid rate... I dont plan on another full, but if I can get to sub 3:30 pace and maintain, I would be happy. I don't plan on being able to get that 3:15 pace that I was aiming for...
