Notes

One mile intervals on the street. The third mile was just a easy run to keep loose. I was TIRED after doing these. The last mile was the easiest, probably because I was going downhill most of the time, LOL. Now that the weather is breaking, its time to get in my old MLR and track. That's what got me faster in the past... not a bunch of slow running.
