Felt good. I was not tired, but my body just would not continue to go after mile 6. Funny thing is, that's about how far I run on my normal route, so it doesnt surprise me that I started fatiguing. It was slightly cool outside... I forgot how peaceful night running is. The first 3 miles were gravy and I did not even try to have a fast pace. Thats sub-8 has got to slow down at this juncture of my training. I WILL be back to form hopefully next year. I have to get back to 20-30 miles a week... but this means a long run of over 10 miles...
