Felt strong the first 3-4 miles. I cant say that I struggled the last, but it was a tad bit of work, esp the last 2. But the goal was to keep it slow, and I did. I am definitely getting stronger as the first 3 miles were not bad and less laborious. I only had a "rockstar" energy drink and bagel before heading out. Unseasonable cool...
