Notes: Started with a 45 min ride and then had time to fit in a 15 min HIIT ride. Still sick but everything felt good. Dave is still having stomach issues, so I did a 5 min ride for him to keep his streak, but then realized I accidentally logged into my account instead of his, so had to do another 5 min ride.
