Notes: First workout back from vacation. (Wednesday we arrived back in Orlando at 7am (yikes) and Thursday was the Counting Crows show with Mindy and Friday we went to Rusteak for dinner and I slept for 10 hours.) We also had Aztecha (including 2 margs) for a late lunch around 3p, so that might account for the high heartrate. Otherwise it felt good to be back to it!
