Notes: Pleased with this ride and felt like it made me stronger. The PZ rides aren't designed for a high output. We did 5x3 minutes @ Zone 5 (210-220 watts) with 3 min recoveries, then 4x2 minutes @ Zone 6 (230-250) with 3 min recoveries.
