Notes: Ran 4 miles on the trail, plus 2 more with 0.5 walks in between. Such a beautiful day - high 70s with a breeze. Ran without music, which was really nice. Plus we got an extra hour for Daylight Savings. Followed by Chipotle and the Cowboys game.
