Notes: First interval run in a loooong time! 9x.2 miles with .2 mile walks in between. Really hoping to start doing 2x speed workouts a week. Followed by a solo lunch/afternoon at Epcot exploring Flower & Garden while Dave was at states for wrestling. Had an impossible meatball, impossible empanada, and cauliflower dish, plus rode test track. Only spent $25 (including a water and diet coke), which has to be a record. Great day!
