At the Peachtree Ridge HS track planning to do 6.5 at 10:30, but had no get up and go. Tried M170 & M172 but still couldn't get much below 11:00. Legs had nothing. So, just slowed it down. Couldn't even main HR118. No idea. No one else out thee. Looks like some people were starting to come at 7:30. Might have been teams though instead of track running people.
Not using today's stats for anything.
