Notes
At Rock Springs Park intending to to my usual 9 at HRBT-110, but only did 5.6 miles. Had left my 310xt on, but the GPS was turned off and I forgot to turn it back on, so had to take some distance from the 920xt. Seems I was fastr than it showed. I was sure I was under 11:00 which is a massive improvement for 110 bpm.
