At the Peachtree Ridge HS track (since the HS is off this Thanksgiving week) doing 2wu+4MP+2cd. I don't understand the MP laps. I was going over 10 MPM I thought, and watching the 301xt. (10:50 + 3% = 10:07). I thought I should have been over 10 for the first lap, but the 310xt shows 9:56. Plus it is the one most off for 30 laps in lane 6 = 8.08 miles. 10:50 + 1% = 9:55

AVP: 9:56.0 = 8.10 miles
920xt: 9:56.8 = 8.08 miles
