98F 38%H 69DP, (although I don't believe the 98F -- probably 92 or 93) at the Peachtree Ridge HS track, did 2wu+2(800@5kw400r)+0.5cd. Just wanted to check metronome 182 and metronome 181. The 182 gave me 184 which would be good for an 8 minute mile, but I'd never be able to hold it for the 5k. The 181 would work for 8:30 or so, so I'll try to give that a shot.
