At the Peachtree Ridge HS track doing 1wu+6 @ C174 w m172 to compare against a similar run on 02/16
From 02/16 AVP 9:55.9 at C174 w m172, T43, DP 39.4, TDP 82.4 AHR 122. Sigh... Held this for 8 of the usual 9 miles. No sun to deal with. Not really overcast, but there were clouds which kept the sun away over the horizon.
Today: AVP 10:19.3, at C174 w m172, T78, DP 66.1, TDP 144.1, AHR 130.3, HAP: 9:58.
Actually this is closer than I was expecting. Interesting comparison.
