AT the Peachtree Ridge HS track doing 8, 1wu+7@MP of 9:55.
AVP 10:03.0, AHR 132.7 (but kept increasing to 139, T74, DP71.2, TDP 145.2, HAP 9:42. I need 9:55 for a BQ with enough buffer. Under these conditions, the Heat Pace Adjuster says I could have run a 10:17 pace instead of the 10:03 that I did.
