86F 60%H 70DP, at the Peachtree Ridge HS track, wanting to do 2wu+5MP+2cd, but instead doing 2wu+2MP+1r+2MP+2cd, namely I only did 4 at MP and had a recovery mile in between.
Didn't seem as hot as the temperature indicates. Wonder if I am actually getting a bit heat acclimatized. Was targeting 10:34, thinking the temperature was about 82, but it seems it was 86.
Anyway, I handled the pace I was trying for. I didn't want to push it too much because I will be increasing my weekly mileage about 50% this week, so better cool it with the faster running.
