74F 81%H 68DP, at the Duluth High School Track. Was supposed to do intervals but didn't have my watch set up right, so only did 1 interval of 6 and then started a non custom workout and added the time and distance in here. The part added in is available on the next tab. I'll have to do this workout tomorrow. It was supposed to be: 2wu+6(800@5kw400r)+2cd Those other 5 intervals were gonna be hard, if I could do them at all.
