At the Peachtree Ridge HS track, doing 1 wu+1@9:47+1@9:36 and did 1@11:22, 1@9:46, 1@9:33 with average heart rates of 128 and 130 for the faster laps. Way too high. Wore my jacket and was wet after the warm up mile, but didn't bother to take it off.
