56F 41%H 33DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, just a recovery run after yesterdays MP run. Again tweaked my hamstring getting out of the car. Almost didn't run, but thought I would try a bit. It still bothered me after 1/4 a mile but I kept going. Wasn't as bad by 1/2 and seemed ok after 3/4 so I managed to get the run in. I finished up a minute or so before sundown. I would have been good for probably another 10 minutes or sol.
