41F 64%H 29DP, At Rock Springs Park. Peachtree Ridge HS had something going on on their track so I drove to Pechtree Ridge. Was just scheduled for 5mw4bu, but skipped the speed stuff lest I damage my hamstring again. I ran to the metronome at 170 which should have been an 85, but turns out in practice to be an 86. That was comfortable and resulted in a ten-fifteenish pace. I need to rename that file to C86Frm170-10:15 or some such.
