Notes
At the Peachtree Ridge HS track intending to do 2wu+6MP, but did 2wu+2MP+2cd. Just didn't have it. Heavier than I should be, added a bunch of mileage this week, and lots of wind. The guy was out there who does 3 miles 100 yards at a time it seems. Later joined by some high school people doing some laps.
310xt but only did 2 miles at MP
