Gray's Lake

Notes

This was my first outdoor run in a long time. It felt hard. I stayed in zone one, but my leg muscles felt sore. I went on one of the trails that branched off the lake loop, partly because the loop was so crowded. The weather was really nice, so there were tons of people. The other trail was mostly cyclists, but we stayed out of each other's way. Trying something different broke up the run nicely. Unfortunately, I didn't bring any water with me and the fountains are still shut off for the winter, so I was pretty thirsty. Oops. Afterwards, I was sore but very happy.
