Notes

My first real run since my 10K in June! I wanted to run at least 2 miles (one lap around the lake), but hoped to do 4 (2 laps). I knew I'd be taking walk breaks. I ended up pushing myself to do all 4 miles, and took 7 walk breaks. (Walk breaks of 0.05mi each at 1mi, 2mi, 2.5mi, 3mi, 3.25mi, 3.5mi, 3.75mi.) It was hard, and I was sore for a couple of days after, but I was so happy!
