Walked two minutes at the start, then got up to a good speed. No breaks and a fast finish. The workout room (at Climb Iowa) was warm, because the team was training in there, so I was hot and thirsty (and soaked in sweat by the end).
Last night I had my first "race dream" of the year. I don't know what distance I was running... I think a 10K. I remember I was really pleased with my pace, but the race kept getting interrupted and the course was unclear.
