So. I walked the whole five miles. I'm a little bit scared to do an actual run because I'm afraid I'll make my leg worse. I have two more runs between now and my next long run, so I'm hoping to get back into it, and then maybe do run walk intervals for the 12 miles (maybe .1mi walk + .9mi run). At least I'm getting in the miles, I guess?
