Notes

This was my first run in a long time. I was burnt out and decided that in order for running to be fun again, I need to lose the weight I've gained and get back down to 165#. I'm progressing on that. Right now my running goals are to burn calories to aid in weight loss, and to start to build back some of my endurance. I'd like to be ready to start training again soon after I hit 165.

Today was 1 minute run-walk intervals. (Running at 11:30 or 12min pace.)
