Good easy run with Tessey. Tried to stay at a 9:00min pace, but kept speeding up and backing down after realizing. Shins felt a little sore after, but good now. Taking 6-9 Spirulna plus 1 Bioastin after each workout. Seems to help me recover. I can feel my body slowly revuilding itself after the intense running I was doing in Dec / Jan.
