Not even a couple miles into my Long Run and a freakin Great Dane attacks me and punctures my inner thigh. I went to the emergency room....waited 3hrs and still no service;;;....then decided I was probably better off going home to wash and treat the wound myself. I didn't want to wait too long for the wounds to become infected. Thank god the owner had the dogs rabies shot records on hand! The owner was a nice little old lady so I didn't make too much of a fuss. Hopefully this doesn't interfere any more of my training than it already has. Will try to pull off an easy 6 tomorrow.
