When I started running, I wanted to do a 2-mile pace @ 6:30 /min. As soon as I began, I knew it was not going to happen. It was very windy today. My form was yet again extremely sloppy. I don't know why, but I feel like I'm getting slower. I have a diagnostic PT test on Monday.
After my 4-mile, I kicked off the Sprints and did some barefoot striders in the grass. It felt very good doing this. I feel like my gait changed as well. By the end of the year, I would like to be able to run a 15:00 / 2-mile completely barefoot.
